How We Help
Five recovery services
1. IEPF Form-5 claim filing
| What | Shares and dividends unclaimed for 7+ years transferred to IEPF. Form-5 gets them back. |
| Timeline | 3–12 months, depending on the company and RoC |
| Required docs | Folio number, original certificate, ID proof, cancelled cheque, affidavit |
2. Physical certificate dematerialisation
| SEBI rule | SEBI made demat mandatory for all listed company transfers from January 2024 |
| Process | DRF form → DP submission → RTA verification → demat credit |
| Timeline | 15–30 days for normal cases |
3. Share transmission for heirs
| With nomination | Nomination form + death certificate + ID of nominee — simpler |
| Without nomination | Legal heir certificate / succession certificate / probated will required |
4. Duplicate certificate issuance
| When needed | Certificate lost, damaged, or mutilated |
| Process | FIR lodged → indemnity bond → newspaper advertisement → company issues duplicate |
| Timeline | 30–90 days |
A note on process: some IEPF recovery steps — including affidavits and certified documents — legally require a practising Chartered Accountant. ClientFirstAlpha does not perform these certifications itself; we coordinate with a partner CA to prepare and file the required documents on your behalf, with full transparency on costs before any engagement begins.
